ITAI BENOSH, Florida Co-Chair, is Managing Director for Agency & Supra Capital Markets for CastleOak Securities, where he provides advisory, underwriting and trading services to US Federal Government agencies and supranational organizations. He is responsible for structuring and underwriting public debt transactions and optimizing clients' asset-liability management and capital structure. Prior to joining CastleOak, Mr. Benosh held a number of treasury and debt management positions at Freddie Mac and worked as a Debt Capital Markets Banker at Lehman Brothers. He holds FINRA licenses Series 7, 63 and 79.

MEITAL STAVINSKY, Florida Co-Chair, is a shareholder with the US-based international law firm of Greenberg Traurig. In 2002, shortly after joining the firm, she was part of the team that started the development of its Israel practice. Ten years later, this successful initiative resulted in a Tel Aviv office. Ms. Stavinsky assists innovative Israeli companies seeking to enter or enhance their operations in the US by creating strategic alliances with various partners and investors. Her practice focuses on government law and policy. Ms. Stavinsky primarily advises Cleantech companies in the areas of renewable energy, alternative fuel transportation and infrastructure, energy efficiency, water and waste treatment, green materials and green buildings.
