TALIA COHEN, Northern California Co-Chair, is the Executive Director of California Israel Chamber of Commerce, which is dedicated to strengthening business and trade relations between California and Israel by facilitating and supporting joint ventures in Mobile & Internet, Big Data SaaS & Cloud, Cyber Security and Medtech. She is a member of the Board of Governors of the San Francisco Jewish Federation. Ms. Cohen is a former Vice President at Bank Leumi, in Israel and in the US where she served as a VP of Lending and Business Development. She has a strong record of establishing, managing and structuring deals and facilitating business growth.

GALI ROSEN, Northern California Co-Chair, is the Founder and President of Modus Five, a California-based company that develops medical multimedia learning software, including topics such as Diabetes, Child Birth, Asthma, COPD, Sleep Disorder, Podiatry, Obesity, Drug abuse, Postpartum, CHF, and Central venous catheters (CVC). She earned a BA in Education and Literature; and extended her studies to include board certification in computer programming and the use of multimedia as a deductive tool. Ms. Rosen is currently leading the development of several medical multimedia educational programs. She is also teaching Hebrew at UC Santa Cruz.
