The final two programs in AFTAU's popular lunch-and-learn financial planning series drew overflow audiences of North Broward and Palm Beach County American Friends.
On March 10, investment specialist James C. Riggio of Boca Raton's Highland Financial Group provided an excellent overview of managing risk in today's volatile investment market. He discussed how investors in equity funds could manage risk while generating extra income for their portfolios.
Neal P. Myerberg of Greenwich, CT's Myerberg, Shain and Associates covered the area of recession-proof planning on March 24. An AFTAU consultant, he discussed the win-win advantages of a Charitable Gift Annuity.
Based on the success of this year's series, look for new series in Palm Beach county in Miami-Dade county next winter.
