UN Ambassador Ron Prosor

An overflow crowd of TAU alumni and friends gathered for a sold-out event at the spectacular Peter Lik Gallery in New York's Soho for wine, jazz and the opportunity to mingle with Israel's Ambassador the the UN, The Hon. Ron Prosor. Ambassador Prosor briefed guests on the current Middle East situation and the upcoming vote on Palestinian statehood.

More than politics was in the air. Introducing the ambassador, Oren Heiman, past Chair of the New York Alumni Leadership Committee, spoke of the great strides made by the current New York Alumni Scholarship Campaign for underprivileged TAU students.

Yosi Ben-Levi won the evening's "silent auction" and left the gallery with 4 Elements, a Peter Lik original, donated by Lik Soho for the event. Congratulations, Yosi!
