Sonya and Howard Waldow welcomed a congenial group of AFTAU supporters and friends for a presentation by Prof. Zahava Solomon, a recent Israel Prize winner and Professor of Psychiatric Epidemiology and Social Work at TAU's Bob Shapell School of Social Work. Prof. Solomon's fascinating discussion of combat stress was followed by a Q-and-A and a dessert and wine reception.

Guests included TAU alumni and American Friends Rica Aghasi, Lior ChefetzTommy Orpaz and Orna YarzinDr. Lisa Guerin, whose family underwrote the Bob Shapell School of Social Work, and Steve Bryan, a close associate of the Shapell family for over three decades; and TAU Professor of Immunology Prof. Jonathan Gershoni.
