Art + Music

Graciously hosted by Caren and Dr. Arturo Constantiner, American Friends leaders and supporters gathered at the home of art historian Phyllis Hattis for a delightful evening of art and music. Among the guests were AFTAU Board Chairman Jon Gurkoff, board members Alan Silberstein and Nomi Ghez, and Adina Cimet.

Everyone enjoyed hearing from Ambassador Ido Aharoni, Consul General of Israel in New York and a Tel Aviv University alumnus, and pianist Yuval Shapira, also a proud alum. And they were wowed by Phyllis Hattis's stunning collection of tribal and modern masterpieces.
