ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT, INSTITUTIONAL GIVING
AFTAU seeks a dynamic, results-oriented foundation and relationship specialist to lead and scale a comprehensive fundraising campaign plan targeting local and national foundations, corporations, family offices and family foundations in alignment with TAU’s broad range of programs and initiatives.The successful candidate will be a sophisticated and innovative fundraiser and team player, with deep knowledge of institutional and family foundation best practices and will be excited to lead, build and drive a multi-faceted and progressive national foundation fundraising program. The AFTAU portfolio currently exceeds 10M.
These positions will report to one of the Vice Presidents of Development.
ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT, DEVELOPMENT
Multiple Regions Available: NYC, Washington DC, South Florida, Chicago, Texas and Los Angeles
AFTAU seeks several dynamic and results-oriented fundraisers to serve as Associate Vice President, Development for targeted geographic regions. These positions will join AFTAU at
an exciting time of growth and opportunity for the organization and will help further expand the organization’s reach and impact.
The ideal candidates will be self-starters with an entrepreneurial spirit, able to build upon and create new long-lasting relationships across within a targeted geographic region. These individuals will identify, research, manage and implement all cultivation and solicitation plans for a portfolio of prospects, with a focus on five and six figure gifts. The ideal candidates should be strategic thinkers with the outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication skills necessary to build strong and trusted relationships with staff, donors and board members.
These positions will report to one of the Vice Presidents of Development.
