ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT, INSTITUTIONAL GIVING
AFTAU seeks a dynamic, results-oriented foundation and relationship specialist to lead and scale a comprehensive fundraising campaign plan targeting local and national foundations, corporations, family offices and family foundations in alignment with TAU’s broad range of programs and initiatives.The successful candidate will be a sophisticated and innovative fundraiser and team player, with deep knowledge of institutional and family foundation best practices and will be excited to lead, build and drive a multi-faceted and progressive national foundation fundraising program. The AFTAU portfolio currently exceeds 10M.
These positions will report to one of the Vice Presidents of Development.
ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT, DEVELOPMENT
South Florida
AFTAU seeks a dynamic and results-oriented fundraiser to serve as Associate Vice President, Development in South Florida. This position will join AFTAU at an exciting time of growth and opportunity for the organization and will help further expand the organization’s reach and impact.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, able to build upon and create new long-lasting relationships across within a targeted geographic region. Will identify, research, manage, and implement all cultivation and solicitation plans for a portfolio of prospects, with a focus on five and six figure gifts. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with the outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills necessary to build strong and trusted relationships with staff, donors, and board members.
This position will report to one of the Vice Presidents of Development.
