American Friends of Tel Aviv University (“AFTAU”) may photograph, audio record and/or video record during this event.

By registering for and/or attending this event, you grant AFTAU and its affiliates, representatives, agents, and licensees the irrevocable right and permission to capture, publish, distribute, display, edit, modify, likeness, statements, and appearance in photographs, videos, recordings, and other media in any format or medium now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, including without limitation for:

• AFTAU’s website
• AFTAU social media accounts
• AFTAU marketing and promotional materials, brochures, and newsletters

You waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials or uses thereof and release AFTAU from any claims related to the use of such materials, including any claims for compensation, defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of publicity rights.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please email info@aftau.org in advance and notify a staff member at registration upon arrival. While AFTAU will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, AFTAU cannot guarantee that incidental capture in crowd or background footage will not occur.
