Both the social networking site LinkedIn and the PitchBook entrepreneurship index recently ranked Tel Aviv University (TAU) among the top international business schools.

TAU’s Coller School of Management was included at #84 in LinkedIn’s list of 2025 Top MBA Programs, ranking above those of Pace University, Northeastern University, and the George Washington University School of Business. The MBA program at the Coller School is listed as one of the programs best preparing graduates for global career success. The ranking “is entirely based on real outcomes of alumni from these programs, looking at metrics like how graduates land jobs post-MBA, move up the corporate ladder, and build strong professional networks,” says LinkedIn’s Ashley (Peterson) Botarelli, the senior managing editor at LinkedIn News.

PitchBook’s 2025 ranking places TAU in 7th place worldwide and 1st outside the US. The PitchBook index ranks the world’s top 50 universities by the number of alumni entrepreneurs who have founded venture capital-backed startups in the US and is published annually by PitchBook, a global business information company that tracks startup activity and venture capital investments.

TAU ranks just after Stanford University, UC Berkeley, MIT, the University of Pennsylvania, and Harvard University and ahead of leading universities such as Yale University, the University of California, and Princeton University. According to PitchBook, four additional Israeli universities were included in this year’s ranking: the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Reichman University, Ben-Gurion University, and Bar-Ilan University.

“TAU is proud to remain Israel’s leading entrepreneurial university,” says Professor Moshe Zviran, Head of  TAU’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation Division. “The fact that year after year PitchBook ranks TAU 7th worldwide and 1st outside the US is the strongest evidence of the University’s academic excellence and its pivotal role in fostering entrepreneurs who establish companies, raise venture capital, and drive Israel’s economy forward.”
